Responsibilities of the Steering Committee

• Foster coordination among the network's Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) by identifying mutual cooperation interests and prospects for the growth and/or consolidation of internationalization;
• Select and oversee the network's thematic and administrative coordinators, and assign their roles and responsibilities;
• Engage in dialogue with funding agencies to seek support for the network;
• Raise the visibility of the internationalization project within the HEIs and to the public through knowledge dissemination strategies;
• Establish priorities and criteria for the allocation of financial resources among the HEIs, taking into account the thematic areas, principles of equity, and the reduction of disparities;
• Hold annual seminars on the network's internationalization progress, featuring the sharing of experiences and the participation of foreign researchers;
• Approve action plans, progress reports, and other documents;
• Report on the project's financial and scientific status.
