Responsibilities of the Administrative Committee

  • Manage procedures related to calls for applications for scholarships in the categories defined by the Program: draft calls based on objective criteria for eligibility, evaluation, and ranking of candidates, in alignment with principles of equity, diversity, and academic performance, and in direct consultation with strategic theme coordinators and the Steering Committee;

  • Provide guidance to students, faculty, and technical staff regarding the implementation of awarded scholarships;

  • Issue interim and final reports on the Network's activities;

  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation, ensuring process traceability;

  • Ensure the ethical, transparent, and efficient use of financial resources;

  • Establish data governance regarding mobility, scholarships, projects, outputs, etc., for information preservation and report preparation: systematizing and entering data into the indicator tracking system and supporting the Steering Committee with monitoring;

  • Support staff, faculty, and students participating in international academic mobility by assisting with their relocation and connecting them with opportunities at each participating Higher Education Institution (HEI);

  • Obtain price quotes for travel and other expenses, and assist faculty and students in securing the necessary documentation for departure from and entry into the country;

  • Draft proposals for foreign-language courses and other in-person or online training and educational offerings for the Network's HEIs, and widely disseminate these opportunities within the institutions;

  • Identify and formalize partnership agreements;

  • Carry out other administrative tasks delegated by the Steering Committee.
